Notes:	BobSchaefer and terescia (EverNote User Forum Post) asked for a mileage template. I just took crajyager's timetracker template and modified it slightly.

Meeting (Agenda)

Notes:	I was having trouble getting the notes field in the original meetings template to hold more than 2048 bytes of text. Therefore, I decided to just change it to an agenda box, and to keep the meeting's notes in a separate text note.
